Morris shares a customer success story where a client wanted a carrier site to handle their worldwide application process. Having operations in more than ten countries across continents, the client had separate entities to run talent acquisition operations. SmartSearch helped them build a comprehensive multi-lingual carrier site. On top of that, SmartSearchalso helped centralize data and recruiting efforts across all the locations for robust reporting.
At present, the company has its own server centers and is moving to AWS cloud by the end of this year to place its servers closer to the end client. “By moving to AWS cloud, we will be able to penetrate into Europe by managing the GDPR concerns of our European clients,” says Morris. SmartSearch is also planning to launch its AI engine in the first quarter of next year to offer advanced cognitive tools to its clients.
