It's increasingly important for recruiters to reach out to potential and active candidates in today's tight talent market. Companies can find and hire the talent they need through LiveHire, a global software-as-a-service (SaaS) Total Talent Acquisition platform, and CrintellTech, an artificial intelligence platform that automates candidate sourcing. They are integrating to improve recruiting outcomes.
The strategic integration with CrintellTech will enable companies to automatically source passive candidates from job board databases and professional networks by using LiveHire to source and engage them. "Eva" and "Assist" are two products provided by CrintellTech to source external candidates for entrance into LiveHire.
"Eva" allows LiveHire recruiters to submit job or sourcing requirements directly to Eva and Eva's artificial intelligence can find the ideal number of candidates from job board profiles, then send emails and text messages to the candidates to confirm their interest. A candidate's status is automatically updated in LiveHire using Eva's AI. "Assist" allows recruiters to assign candidates directly into LiveHire after finding them on job boards or professional networks, then include notes as to why they're a good fit. Recruiters can also save time and money by identifying existing LiveHire candidates, reducing the expense of external sourcing.
The LiveHire hiring team can engage with candidates once they import candidates from CrintellTech via Eva or Assist into LiveHire via workflow automation and native two-way email and text messaging, resulting in award-winning candidate experiences and outstanding recruitment results after they import candidates from CrintellTech via Eva or Assist.
