In support of the United Nations’ call for Gender Equality by 2030, Ana Cheong and Ainun Aida have also developed a Female Leadership and Gravitas module that helps women advance in the workplace by embracing their values and strategizing commitments for work-life balance. Their 12-months and 4-months training programs help women bridge the leadership gap in the workplace and aim to help push more women representation in the corporate board seats.
AAA Solutions strives to play a bigger part in social responsibility as a major player in leadership and human capital development. It further plans to strengthen its empowerment component by investing in research in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and incorporating these tools into future programs. “We believe that AI is the way to go and tools derived from this field will transform the landscape of human capital and talent development in the nearest future.
