AAA Solutions Sdn Bhd is a Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) approved human capital and talent development agency in Malaysia. As a consulting firm, AAA Solutions specializes in strategic approaches for companies to align their brand, culture, and talent toward achieving organizational goals and brand impact. The Co-Founders of AAA Solutions, Ana Cheong and Ainun Aida recognize that in the current corporate scenario, amidst the ever-growing uncertainty and workplace dissatisfaction (post-Covid 19), employers frequently find themselves at a junction in trying to bridge a big gap in boosting employees’ morale while enhancing efficiency and productivity. Over the years, AAA Solutions have grown and cultured its programs into several niches; leadership with gravitas, branding with purpose as well as female leadership and succession. As part of its ongoing research efforts and community works, AAA Solutions founders, Ana Cheong and Ainun Aida are also academic researchers for the University of Palermo, Argentina, and have published papers on Psychology of Image and Diversity and Inclusion in People Management, Relationship Building and Services. The papers aim to provide insights on industry practices as well as tools for working executives to add on perspectives and shift paradigms on working with purpose. Locally, AAA Solutions also contributes its efforts with Tuanku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TARUMT) on building entrepreneurship academy and learning pipelines to encourage young professionals to think outside the box and adopt an attitude from AAA’s concept of ‘exec-preneur’.

To enhance the learning impact for every member of its audience, AAA Solutions have also developed its online learning platform, AAA Academy, where members of its audience can acquire self-paced professional development to upskill in the areas they find necessary to advance in their careers.

In support of the United Nations’ call for Gender Equality by 2030, Ana Cheong and Ainun Aida have also developed a Female Leadership and Gravitas module that helps women advance in the workplace by embracing their values and strategizing commitments for work-life balance. Their 12-months and 4-months training programs help women bridge the leadership gap in the workplace and aim to help push more women representation in the corporate board seats.

AAA Solutions strives to play a bigger part in social responsibility as a major player in leadership and human capital development. It further plans to strengthen its empowerment component by investing in research in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and incorporating these tools into future programs. “We believe that AI is the way to go and tools derived from this field will transform the landscape of human capital and talent development in the nearest future.
