Leveraging different technologies and outreach strategies, Newton Talent helped the client build a talent pipeline and reduce the time-to-fill down to 35 days. The client was able to find top talent beyond the scope of traditional talent acquisition channels and meet their hiring goals. Moving forward, Newton Talent aims to launch a new service called Power Sourcing, a platform designed to help companies integrate sourcing into their recruiting strategy for a more timely and cost-effective approach that also increases candidate quality.
